Booking Appointments, Cancellations and No-Show Protection Policy

Booking appointments online 24/7

Life isn’t 9 to 5, so neither is the Brows and Beauty booking system. Booking appointments online can be done any time of the day. In just a few clicks you can select your preferred treatment, date and time.

The Brows and Beauty booking and cancellation terms and conditions are below. If you have any questions about these terms please contact Amanda for clarification. All online bookings are made though a third party provider Fresha.

When booking appointments online you will need your card details and your diary handy. 

You will be asked to enter your card details via the Fresha secure server. A deposit is not required at the time of your booking, however, you will need your card details to secure your booking. This process is taken securely via the Fresha booking system. Secure systems are encrypted, so nobody has unauthorised access to your card details. Please refer to the no show protection and cancellation policies below.

You will be sent a email reminder, and/or a text reminder (if you have provided a mobile number) prior to your appointment.


Booking appointments directly

When making a manual booking, Amanda accepts booking requests by the following methods:

You will be asked to provide your full name, email address, and a contact number to secure your booking. A booking confirmation will be sent via email. Please notify us of any changes to your contact details.

A 30% booking fee deposit is required for all manual bookings not made via the Fresha booking system. You will be sent an email invoice so you can pay using a credit or debit card. Your booking is not secure until the deposit payment is made. Please refer to the deposit and cancellation policies below.

You will be sent complimentary appointment reminders by text and email.

When booking via email or message, time slots offered to you will be held until closing time on that day. After close of business, they will be released if not secured by a deposit.

Amanda reserves the right to refuse bookings or treatment.

Whereby Amanda is not able to honour a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified at the earliest convenience on the contact information you have provided us with. Amanda will do her best to re-arrange your appointment. You may be offered an alternative date or time. Any deposit taken in this instance will not be lost.


No-Show Protection/Booking Deposits

Brows and Beauty operates a no-show protection policy. Amanda has tried to make this policy as professional and fair as possible. The policy aim is to minimise loss of revenue and wasted appointment times that could be claimed by another client.

The no-show and late cancellation (less than 48 hours) policy is as follows:

A chargeable fee of 10% of the appointment value,

No-show fee of 30% of the appointment value.

Appointments made via the Fresha booking system will need to be confirmed with card details, and you will be asked to accept cancellation and no-show policy.

Manual booking deposits are 30% of treatment price. This may be rounded up/down to nearest pound.

Booking fee deposits are paid by PayPal invoice or cash.

Booking deposits are deducted from your total appointment bill when paying, leaving you with the remaining 70% to pay on the day of your appointment.

All booking deposits are refundable minus 10% if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, and non-refundable if you fail to attend your appointment.

Booking deposits may be refunded or transferred if re-scheduling your appointment before the 48 hour cancellation period.


Cancellations

Life happens and things crop up unexpectedly, busy lives can mean changes to your schedule. If you are unable to attend your appointment please notify Amanda as soon as you can (more than 48 hours). This helps to re-allocate your slot. You may know how busy how frustrating it is when you can’t get an appointment for a treatment, so this helps to free up spaces for those wanting to book.  Amanda will do her best to re-schedule your treatment at the next availability.
